Project Summary
Together.Stronger. is collaborative platform founded by Caterpillar Corporation that unites businesses, non-profits, government, and citizens in order to alleviate poverty for millions of people worldwide.
Our goal in this project was to build a website promoting the organization’s network of partners such as Feeding America, water.org, One and United Way, among others.
Deliverables:
- Create a mobile-responsive website based in WordPress;
- Create page wireframes and UX process flow diagrams;
- Project manage a team of 6 outsourced developers to oversee the website development, verify quality control standards and best practices and ensure the project is delivered on-time and within budget;
- Work with non-profit partners such as Feeding America, water.org, One and United Way, among others, in migrating existing content to the new website;
- Integrate email service program to collect user contact info for the purpose of newsletter campaigns and event marketing;
